A) Vocabulary
~Jobs- a piece of work, a specific task done as part of the routine of ones occupation.
~Occupation- a persons usual or principal work or business, especially means of earning.
~Career- an occupation or profession, especially one requiring special training, followed as ones lifework.
B) Roles of women in the work place- What are the typical jobs that women are thought to have on the workplace?
Some typical jobs of a women are preschool teachers, dentist, in office jobs etc.
C) Roles of men in the workplace- What are the typical jobs that men are thought to have in the work place?
Some typical jobs of a man are roofers, carpenter, loggers etc.
D) Should we consider gender to define our roles?
I don't think we should consider a gender to define our roles because were all different and all have pour own skills.
E) What makes an effective employee? We are going to have a presenter on this on Wednesday!
An effective employee is someone whop is committed to their job and can be on time and prepared for the job.
F) Employ-Ability-Skills- what does it take to get a job? is it that easy to apply and get accepted right away?
It takes commitment and responsibility. Its quite easy if you are able to commit yourself but it wont be easy if you are a "floater"
G) Who are you? I am a person whom is committed to my job and my workplace and the rules they have.

I agree with the quote for today, I love the part where it says '' if you haven't found it yet,
keep looking. Don't settle." this is such a true statement because you should never settle for less. you should always have a higher standard for yourself. Set the bar to the highest point you can and work your butt off to reach that goal that you set for yourself. you also have to be successful in your life to get a successful job. you also need to have a positive mindset and a future goal for yourself.
INTERVIEW QUESTIONS.
1. What was I feeling/thinking about before the interview? During the interview? Immediately after the interview?
2. According to the interviewer, what were my top 2 strengths? Was my impression after the interview that those areas went well?
3. According to the interviewer, what were my bottom 2 weaknesses? How did I feel about those areas immediately after the interview?
4. How do I think a "real" job interview would be different from the mock Yara interview?
5. What 3 things can I do to better prepare myself for future interviews, including the one with my work placement?
